Gong cha (貢茶), offering delicious, premium teas at affordable prices, was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Using high-quality tea leaves, including Taiwan's renowned Alishan tea, the brand provides meticulously processed teas, with each leaf undergoing optimal fermentation and extraction. Their commitment to freshness is evident, as they never use tea that has been steeped for more than four hours.
The first Japanese store, exuding a calm yet casual atmosphere, offers 21 seats indoors and 8 seats outdoors. Their menu of approximately 20 drinks, based on high-quality Taiwanese tea, includes original teas, milk teas, the Gong cha special topped with milk foam, and fruit teas.
Among the diverse menu, customers can freely customize their chosen drink, including sweetness, ice levels, and toppings. In the future, they plan to introduce limited-time seasonal menus and original Taiwanese food items exclusive to Japan.
