Delight in Innovative Sweets
DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY TOKYO opened in New York in 2011 and, within just four months, received the "Best New Bakery of 2012" award from Time Out New York, subsequently garnering widespread acclaim.
The Tokyo outpost, "DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY TOKYO," operates under the concept of a "New Generation Bakery," presenting unprecedented, creative, and innovative ideas. While incorporating the cutting edge of New York's essence, it offers high-quality, special menus, each imbued with its own story.
The menu features a wealth of original creations, including the signature "Cronut®," a croissant-like donut; the "Cookie Shot™," where cold milk infused with vanilla beans for 24 hours is poured into a warm cookie shot glass; and the "Frozen S'mores™," ice cream encased in marshmallow and seared with a torch. Additionally, don't miss the limited-edition items created by Dominique Ansel, inspired by his experiences in Japan.
The interior evokes a futuristic space inspired by the year 2050. The first floor reflects the world of New York and Paris subways, while the second floor captures the essence of New York and Paris parks. Reflecting Japan's aesthetic, a traditional Japanese-style private room will also be available, offering a unique Japanese interpretation by Dominique Ansel.
