Cronut®The original hybrid pastry, combining a croissant and a donut. Fried croissant dough, rich with butter, creates a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. With only one new flavor each month, and no repeats, it's a must-try.
Cookie Shot™A warm, soft chocolate chip cookie shaped like a shot glass, filled with cold milk infused with vanilla beans for 24 hours. Inspired by the American tradition of pairing cookies and milk as a snack, this menu item offers a delightful contrast between the warm cookie and the cold milk.
Frozen S'mores™Ice cream encased in marshmallow, then torched to perfection. This dessert offers a unique texture: a crisp exterior, a gooey marshmallow center, and cold ice cream within. Inspired by the experience of toasting marshmallows over a campfire, the fragrant caramel and smoke-infused edible branch evoke childhood memories.
DKA (Dominique's Kouign Amann)Meaning "Dominique's Kouign Amann," the DKA is Chef Dominique's original recipe based on the traditional Breton pastry. Rich, butter-laden pastry dough is baked and caramelized to a crisp, offering a deep flavor with a perfectly balanced, subtle sweetness.

Paris New YorkAn original twist on the classic "Paris-Brest" ring-shaped choux pastry.
