Introducing Sake no Yamamoto's Original Products

'Sake no Yamamoto' deeply admires breweries with a strong sense of purpose. Such breweries invariably produce excellent sake, offering us a delightful drinking experience. Our wish is not merely to sell sake, but to support these brewers in their pursuit of superior sake production, ensuring their continued legacy and enduring popularity.

Among these dedicated breweries, some collaborate with us to create original sake for 'Sake no Yamamoto.' These are special brews, meticulously selected and crafted through discussions with the brewers, embodying our shared commitment to safety, quality, and uncompromising standards. This time, we would like to introduce a few of these exceptional sakes.

Isomaru Tadano Nobuo Junmai Ginjo (Isomaru Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
Brewed using premium Tokujo A-grade Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 55% for koji and 50% for kake rice. Crafted with Isomaru's signature koji-making techniques and a unique yeast strain, this sake is a testament to meticulous dedication. Produced without regard for yield, it offers a profound flavor profile, balancing an elegant ginjo aroma with a mellow, fruity undertone.

Jo-nin Kiuhei Toki no Hana wo Kazasu Junmai Ginjo (Manjyo Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
Distinct from previous Kiuhei offerings, this sake captivates with the characteristic aroma of yeast strain #9 and a robust, savory rice flavor.

Kirakucho Nakagumi Daiginjo (Kita Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
A fruity ginjo aroma fills the palate, with a harmonious balance of subtle sweetness and acidity that enhances its umami. It finishes with a refreshing crispness.

Reisen Hamon Junmai Daiginjo (Gyokusendo Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
This Junmai Daiginjo, created for our original brand, was first attempted in the 2008 brewing year. While its flavor may seem slightly young, it possesses a pure, clear transparency. We eagerly anticipate its future evolution.

Matsu no Tsukasa Kuro Matsu Junmai Ginjo (Matsuse Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
Selected from particularly outstanding local contract farmers. With a polishing ratio of 60% for koji rice and 55% for kake rice, it is brewed using the traditional Junmai Ginjo method of 'Matsu no Tsukasa.' It offers a subtle aroma and a crisp finish.

Tomio Junmai Daiginjo (Kitagawa Honke Co., Ltd.)
This original Junmai Daiginjo is crafted using 'Yamada Nishiki' rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to below 40%, and brewed with time-honored techniques. It possesses a refined yet elegant aroma, with a delicate structure and a well-defined flavor backbone.

Furthermore, in addition to the breweries mentioned above, we have welcomed new partners who are now brewing original sake for 'Sake no Yamamoto'!
These are special Junmai sakes from breweries that place particular emphasis on sake rice and work closely with rice farmers.

Keigetsu Moori 'Yamada Nishiki' Tokubetsu Junmai (Moori Shuzo Goshi Kaisha)
Winner of the Prefectural Sake Competition

Nechiotokozan 'Nechi Valley-grown Gohyakugoku' Tokubetsu Junmai (Gomei Kaisha Watanabe Shuzoten)
Watanabe Shuzo manages all rice cultivation for its sake.

Gikyo 'Tojo Special A Yamada Nishiki' Tokubetsu Junmai (Yamachyu Honke Shuzo Co., Ltd.)
A brewery that practices the philosophy of 'sake brewing begins with rice cultivation.'

Pursuing safety, security, and high quality, these are special sakes meticulously selected and brewed through discussions between the president of 'Sake no Yamamoto' and the brewers.

There's no way they won't be delicious!!
Please do try them at least once.
