Japan-Exclusive Items Made with Japanese Cotton

Modern, timeless, tactile, and functional. COS pursues a concept that values style over trends. It is the H&M group's high-end brand, which opened its first store on London's Regent Street in 2007. It offers womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, and currently operates 101 stores in 21 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with online shopping services in 19 countries.

To commemorate its debut in Japan, two limited-edition items will be available: a women's wrap dress with clean cutting and a men's shirt characterized by its structured design. Both are made from Japanese cotton and produced using traditional Japanese sewing techniques.

Marie Honda, COS's Brand Manager, commented, "Tokyo is a vibrant and exciting city, and Aoyama is the ideal area for our first store." Karin Gustafsson, Head of Womenswear Design, stated, "I have always been inspired by the strong lines found in Japanese architecture. I believe this is reflected in the wrap dress." The Aoyama store will feature womenswear and menswear across three floors, covering an area of 310 square meters.
