Pretty Ballerinas is renowned for its comfort, exquisite cutting that flatters the legs, beautiful shapes, playful designs, and bold colorways. Fashionistas worldwide, including Kate Moss, Olivia Palermo, Claudia Schiffer, Angelina Jolie, Lindsay Lohan, Lily Allen, Kylie Minogue, Kelly Osbourne, and Letizia Ortiz (Princess of Asturias), are devoted fans, with their photos frequently featured in fashion magazines.
This season's theme is "Modern Girl" of the 1920s. Inspired by the image of women with cloche hats, bobbed hair, bright red lipstick, and flapper looks, the collection offers a rich variety of adult flat shoes using materials and designs such as glitter, velvet, studs, and paisley motifs, blending femininity with a touch of mannishness. It presents a fall/winter collection that infuses trendy elements into a modern classic.
Pretty Ballerinas opened its first shop in London's Mayfair in February 2007, followed by two more stores in London's central Bond Street and Threadneedle Street. After opening two stores in its home country, Spain, in Madrid, it expanded to North America with a store in Quebec, Canada. Subsequently, its first flagship store in the United States opened on the Upper East Side of New York, a setting featured in the movie "Sex and the City."
In April 2010, new stores opened in Barcelona, as well as in Hong Kong and Milan. In 2011, another store opened in London's Covent Garden, and now, the brand has finally arrived in Japan.
