ALEXANDER WANG
Japan's First Flagship Store Opens in October
Alexander Wang opened its first flagship store in Japan in Tokyo's Aoyama district in October 2013. The store's production and operation are a joint effort between Alexander Wang Inc. and Club 21 Japan, its retail partner in Japan.

Fourteen More Stores to Open Across Asia This Year
The interior design, like that of all flagship stores worldwide, is based on the aesthetic of Alexander Wang's New York studio and showroom. The space is designed to be minimalistic, accented with the brand's core concepts of "offbeat ease" and "unpredictable arrangements."
The collection includes a full range of men's and women's wear from "Alexander Wang" and "T by Alexander Wang," as well as small leather goods and shoes. Additionally, limited-edition items exclusive to this store will be available, including the "Object Collection," a line focused on lifestyle items that debuted in 2012.
This new store marks the fifth directly managed store in Japan, following shop-in-shops at Isetan Shinjuku, Dover Street Market Ginza Comme des Garçons, Hankyu Umeda, and a handbag line shop-in-shop that opened last month at Ginza Mitsukoshi. Fourteen more shops are scheduled to open by the end of the year across Asia, including in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul, Bangkok, and Singapore.
As part of its global expansion, Alexander Wang has also focused on e-commerce since last year, forming a partnership with Yoox. Online shopping is now available in the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Hong Kong, and Japan, and the brand is experiencing rapid growth in Asia. Its future progress is highly anticipated.
