Italian luxury house Fendi has released the third volume of "The Whispered Directory of Craftsmanship," a book dedicated to the craftsmanship and excellence rooted in the tradition of "Made in Italy."

Housed in a Special Pequin Box
Published by Electa Mondadori, "The Whispered Directory of Craftsmanship, Volume 3" is the third installment in the popular series, following two previous volumes. It explores how the unique traditions of Italian artisans create exceptional quality, explained through clear diagrams, illustrations, and text.
The episodes, chronicling the history of craftsmanship and unique techniques based on tradition, are filled with unexpected creative content. Its dictionary-like alphabetical structure also makes it highly practical. The fusion of intellectual curiosities such as icons, stories, essays, and research projects with art, architecture, design, food, film, and music makes it a timelessly engaging read.
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Fendi's iconic "Pequin" pattern, born in 1983, the book is presented in a special Pequin box with a luxurious Fendi-esque binding. Available in Japanese, English, Italian, French, and Chinese versions, only the Japanese edition will be sold in Japan and will be available at Isetan Shinjuku, Osaka, and Fukuoka Iwataya stores, among others.
This substantial volume introduces the world of "Made in Italy," where tradition thrives, from every angle. With Fendi's signature gorgeous photography, it can also be enjoyed as an art book.
