Fendi Opens a Monumental Pop-Up Store in Ginza

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Fendi's arrival in Japan, a unique, monumental pop-up store showcasing the brand's distinctive personality has opened in Tokyo's Ginza district on Friday, November 20th. With its exciting spatial design and an array of new items, it's a concept store that fans won't want to miss.

Is the Store a Fendi Theme Park?

Spanning three floors, the "Fendi Ginza Store" is the first domestic flagship to combine men's and women's collections, offering every category from the finest furs and ready-to-wear to leather goods, shoes, and accessories.

The space is designed with the concept of "Roman and Italian civilization, interpreted in a contemporary way, and Fendi," allowing visitors to experience Fendi's "now" at every turn.

The neon facade, reminiscent of the "Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana," is striking. Inside, a giant "Karlito" and the "Ape," a three-wheeled vehicle popular in Italy, create an atmosphere akin to an amusement park. Additionally, a monumental "Fur Tree" by Japanese floral artist Makoto Azuma, known for his work both domestically and internationally, is on display.

The basement floor features a luxurious fur collection and a mini-theater.
The second floor is dedicated to the men's collection, presenting a modern and contemporary space inspired by the headphones created in collaboration with Beats for the Spring/Summer 2015 men's collection.

To celebrate the pop-up store's opening, headphones developed in collaboration with "Beats by Dr. Dre" will be released here first globally. The store also offers an early selection of new collections, including the new "Selleria" "Mini Peekaboo" bag, "AB Charms" with customizable initials, and the "Strap You" customizable strap.
