Best served thoroughly chilled to 4°C, poured without ice into a champagne flute or a small wine glass. It pairs beautifully with a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, enhancing not only the dining table but also various occasions with its brilliance.

Sparkling White Jasmine Tea is crafted using the highest grade tea leaves, made from "Bai Hao Yin Zhen," a supreme Chinese tea, layered alternately with fresh jasmine blossoms to infuse their fragrance. Organic sugarcane, certified organic in the U.S., is added to balance the flavor, and it is carefully produced through a gentle fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, utilizing wine-making techniques.

"Bai Hao Yin Zhen" in particular was a favorite of past emperors and was often presented as tribute. Even skilled tea pickers can harvest only about 500g per day, and it is picked as a single bud and a single leaf from late March to April when young shoots emerge. In the factory, when only the young buds are carefully processed into white tea, 500g yields only about 100g.
