This Autumn/Winter's theme is "THE ROLL OF HONOUR"
This season, Nigel Cabourn presents "THE ROLL OF HONOUR" 100th Anniversary of WW1 1914-2014, set against the backdrop of the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I. The collection is based on vintage garments worn by soldiers who fought in the trenches during World War I.
What changes, what remains unchanged──Values that are finally reached after consuming much and experiencing various things. Beyond tastes that waver with trends and moods, what changes, what remains unchanged. Nigel Cabourn, for all those who continue to seek the authentic.──The flagship store "Nigel Cabourn THE ARMY GYM London Store" has opened, expressing this brand concept.
The London store offers all products from "Nigel Cabourn Man" and "Nigel Cabourn Woman," creating a space that encapsulates Nigel Cabourn's worldview.
As a specialist in outerwear, Nigel Cabourn's creations, which have been designed for over 40 years without being swayed by trends, are finally blossoming in his home country.

Nigel Cabourn | Nigel Cabourn
Born Nigel John Cabourn in 1949. Entered NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE College of Fashion in 1967. Established his own company, "CRICKET CLOTHING LTD.," in his final year of college in 1970.
In 1973, he exhibited under the brand name "Cricket" at the "SEHM" exhibition in Paris, launching full-scale overseas wholesale operations. In 1980, he achieved the highest order value for a UK brand in SEHM history. This was also the first time he received orders from Japan.
In 1984, the brand name was changed from "Cricket T" to "Nigel Cabourn." In 1996, he opened the UK's first retail store in London's Covent Garden. By this time, he had opened three retail stores and had a presence in 14 department stores in Japan, with over 50 wholesale accounts. In 1999, he exhibited at the "Pitti Uomo" exhibition in Italy for the first time. In 2003, he launched the limited edition "Nigel Cabourn Limited Edition." The concept at that time was based on the extreme cold-weather mountaineering gear actually worn by Sir Edmund Hillary and his climbing team on their first ascent of Everest. In 2006, he launched the new "Nigel Cabourn" brand.
In Spring/Summer 2007, he began full-scale global wholesale operations. From Autumn/Winter 2008, he introduced the "Made in England" authentic line. In 2008, he entrusted "Outer Limits" with sales activities in Japan and Asia, further accelerating global wholesale operations. In June, he exhibited at the "Tranoi Homme (SS09)" exhibition in Paris for the first time. In 2009, he exhibited at Pitti Uomo in Italy and Tranoi Homme in Paris in January.
Since the 1980s, he has provided design services as a design consultant for numerous brands, including "Barbour," "Alpha Industries," "Ted Baker," "Nautica U.S.A.," and "Berghaus." He currently resides in Newcastle in northern England.
