Innovative Workwear That Made the Lee Name Famous Across America

H.D. Lee COMPANY was founded in 1899 by Henry David Lee in Kansas. In particular, the overalls, jeans, and jackets manufactured from 1911 onwards gained attention for their high quality and comfort, solidifying the brand's reputation.

The iconic item revived in the new "Lee Uniform" is "UNION ALLS," workwear suitable for tasks like manual labor and gardening. Developed by Lee in 1913 as a coverall, it was originally created as work attire for car mechanics and was historically recognized for its functionality, even becoming an official uniform for the U.S. Army. The revived coverall features an accordion back with elasticated waist for ease of squatting. It is also packed with details for professional use, such as ventilation holes and zippered chest pockets.

Original aprons are also available. The large, deep pockets designed to hold gardening tools and the durable material are key features.
