In the 1990s, "TIMOTHY EVEREST" brought a fresh perspective to London's Savile Row bespoke scene with suits featuring a slim silhouette, embodying a "modern British" style. While bespoke tailoring traditionally focused on suits, Timothy Everest's "Made to Measure" service, a first for Japan, which tailors casual items, will launch at "VULCANIZE LONDON" in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, starting at the end of April.

Timothy Everest was born in Southampton, England, and began his career under the legendary tailor Tommy Nutters, whose clients included The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. He started taking bespoke orders in 1989 and established his eponymous brand, "Timothy Everest," in 1991.
While inheriting the traditional craftsmanship of Savile Row, his designs are characterized by a contemporary feel, free from stiffness. His tailoring, which incorporates his theme of "Playing with colours" through vibrant hues and a slim silhouette, was even described as revolutionary.
