Striking Sporty Orange Colorway

Virgil Abloh, whose appointment as Louis Vuitton's Men's Creative Director was announced in March 2018, is currently one of the most talked-about figures.

As Abloh states, "With these Mercurials, I wanted to bridge the gap between the eye and the foot to enhance their coordination. The dots on the cleats mark the optimal points for striking the ball," resulting in a special model enhanced with his unique design.


This piece is based on Nike's soccer cleat "MERCURIAL," colored entirely in a vibrant orange. Large dots are overlaid to create a pop aesthetic, making it intuitively clear where the wearer should strike the ball.

Furthermore, design text indicating the relationship with Abloh's own brand, "OFF-WHITE," is placed on the side. The result is a unique masterpiece that invites a second glance.
