Introducing the Spring/Summer 2015 Men's Movie Series

HERMÈS has released a movie series to showcase its Spring/Summer 2015 men's collection. The series comprises four short stories, each imbued with the Maison's signature wit.

Four Surreal Short Stories

Hermès produces short films in conjunction with its men's collections. The Spring/Summer 2014 season featured "MAN ON THE MOVE," depicting how a man's clothing transforms through casual gestures like stumbling or bumping into walls as he walks through the city. This was followed by "Men etcetera" for Autumn/Winter 2014-15, which humorously portrayed a man checking his outfit in a room, playing with his mirror image. These charming, amusing films have garnered a quiet following each season.

The title of the Spring/Summer 2015 series, now released, is "If you are a true flâneur..." Inspired by Hermès's annual theme, "Flâneur——a leisurely stroll at any time," the films surrealistically depict the magic conjured by a man wandering aimlessly through the city. Each of the four stories runs between 30 seconds and a minute. We invite you to experience the world of the men's collection, crafted by Véronique Nichanian, through these witty short films.
