New Men's Brand "IISER LOEN" Debuts Next Spring



A wardrobe for men in their 40s, imbued with knowledge and dedication within its basic design.──The 2015 Spring/Summer collection from "IISER LOEN," a new men's brand designed and produced by Koji Tezuka, representative of knitwear brand ieri design products, was presented in a show format.

A Total Brand Advocating Neo-Dandyism



Koji Tezuka, who designs the new brand "IISER LOEN," worked for a knit manufacturer before going independent at age 29 to establish ieri design products. Since then, he has produced six women's brands, including "Ilien Roob" and "Garance." He launches IISER LOEN from the 2015 Spring/Summer season.

The brand name "IISER LOEN" is a coined term derived from a beautiful ancient German city that Tezuka favors. The collection combines high-quality basic items, inheriting the DNA of ieri design products, with a sense of dedication and mode. For fabrics, leather, and accessories, the brand collaborates with creators in each field. It is planned to sequentially expand categories as a total brand advocating neo-dandyism for men in their 40s.

The collection does not have a seasonal theme; instead, Tezuka incorporates his mood for the season into basic items, proposing clothes that are not swayed by trends and can be cherished and worn for a long time.

For the debut 2015 Spring/Summer collection, items befitting men in their 40s are offered at accessible, realistic price points. These include edgy single jackets, tight blousons made of deerskin smooth leather, and revived vintage denim, paired with intarsia pullovers and cardigans.

The brand aims to create "clothes that men in their 40s can wear with affection as their weekly wardrobe."──With a theme of "co-creation," where the team inspires each other to enhance creativity, anticipation is high for clothing that incorporates not only functionality and detail but also narratives and knowledge.
