A Hybrid of Modern Lasts and Square Toes
Cheaney was established in 1886 in Desborough, Northamptonshire, a region renowned for its Goodyear welted shoe production. The brand is consistently recognized for injecting new sensibilities and trends into the traditional British footwear industry, and has been handled by numerous brands and select shops in Japan since 1992.
This Javari.jp exclusive model features five styles utilizing Cheaney's "125 LAST," developed to commemorate their 125th anniversary, and the square-toed "225 LAST." The "125 LAST" adopts a slimmer fitting than before, with a smaller heel cup to better conform to the modern foot.
Furthermore, all five styles in this exclusive collection are manufactured using the traditional Goodyear welt construction and are fitted with Dainite soles, offering excellent walkability, durability, and shock absorption. The uppers are unified in black, with black stitching, presenting a sharp and refined appearance.
