"Paraboot for sacai" Brown Set for September 21 Release

In Paris this June2014 Spring/Summer Men's Collectionsacai, which garnered significant attention by presenting its 2014 Spring/Summer Men's Collection in Paris this June, is releasing its first men's footwear, "Paraboot for sacai." The black version, launched in July, sold out immediately. The brown suede model will be available on September 21 (Saturday).

Note the Welt, Buckle Straps, and Stitching Colors

The "Paraboot for sacai" double monk strap shoes, a collaboration with the esteemed French shoemaker Paraboot, are based on Paraboot's "WILLIAM" model. The sold-out black version featured glossy patent leather, while the brown version uses suede. The leather on the buckle strap has been altered, and the shoes are distinguished by their wavy welt, contrasting stitching, and lining color.

Priced at ¥69,300, they will be available at sacai's flagship store in Minami-Aoyama and sacai DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA in Japan. Internationally, they will be offered at select retailers such as Colette in Paris and 10 Corso Como in Milan.

For the recently unveiled 2014 Spring/Summer Men's Collection, sacai has also customized Clarks' iconic Desert Boots, showcasing their knack for reinterpreting men's classics in a way that is uniquely sacai—a direction worth watching.
