Introducing the "TRUSSARDI" Eyewear Collection

Design Keywords: Curves, Lustre, Quality, Functionality, Beauty—Eyewear from TRUSSARDI, the Italian luxury brand celebrating its 102nd anniversary, launched nationwide in March. Following a successful pre-release in select department stores in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Osaka, the collection has been met with acclaim.

"Luxury Casual" and "Classic Trad"

The Spring/Summer 2013 collection features two distinct styles. The "Luxury Casual" series boasts stylish, youthful front lines. The lustrous, smoothly sculpted temples, accented with gold-plated details that enhance their elegant curves, exude TRUSSARDI's signature sense of luxury. Inside the temples, CHARMANT's proprietary "Z Titanium" spring mechanism ensures a flexible, gentle fit.

The other series, "Classic Trad," presents designs that are both classical and refined, showcasing a beautiful, aged patina. Intricate milgrain detailing adorns the bridge and end pieces, while cloisonné enamel embellishes the hinges, creating a design that is both delicate and striking. A pipe-lock hinge, with the screw positioned at the bottom, is employed to enhance the graceful curve of the temples. The slender Z Titanium temples offer a comfortable yet secure hold.

A key material innovation is the use of Z Titanium, known for its flexibility and springiness. Its outward-flexing structure relieves pressure on the temples, allowing for comfortable wear over extended periods without fatigue. The subtly integrated nose pads effectively absorb force, distributing pressure across a wider surface area on the nose. These pads are treated with a natural protein coating, preventing marks and slippage even when sweating, and offering a smooth, skin-friendly feel.

The Spring/Summer 2013 collection comprises 6 models in 4 colors, offering 24 variations. Each piece embodies TRUSSARDI's unique blend of tradition and innovation, maintaining its heritage of classic elegance while embracing contemporary culture and style.
