Catchy Design: Crafted from Shirt Collars and Cuffs!
The fashion brand art point began in Moscow in 1993 before relocating its production and sales base to Vienna. In 1999, Lena Quadra joined as designer, and the brand began presenting collections twice a year. The collections aim to express the cultural and social significance of fashion, and the social symbols that fashion conveys.
To create new fashion items that go beyond the conventional male wardrobe, art point focused on the shirt, a garment historically indicative of the wearer's status. Cuffs and collars, once sold separately from the shirt body and considered high-end, luxurious, and highly symbolic of class, have been detached from the shirt and reassembled to create these scarves.
The design is intriguingly peculiar, resembling a sleeve fashioned into a tube with a collar attached at the center. When casually draped over a suit, it creates a dynamic and sexy impression. It's also a cool and witty design that can elevate a casual style of a T-shirt paired with a jacket.
