This Year's Start/Finish Line Set for Daikanyama

Tweed Run Tokyo 2015, held on Sunday, October 18, will see approximately 150 participants start from Daikanyama, all clad in tweed items such as jackets, trousers, vests, and hats. They will stylishly cycle through the streets of Tokyo.

This year will also feature an opening ceremony, a tea party after the group ride, and a best-dressed award ceremony. An after-party will be held that evening at "Marunouchi House."

Although entries are unfortunately closed, a special original poncho designed by "BEAUTY&YOUTH UNITED ARROWS" using Komatsu Seiren's digital print fabric MONALISA® will be produced and distributed to participants as a novelty item, just like last year.

Event Also Confirmed for Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. Entries Now Open.

Following Tweed Run Tokyo 2015, it has been decided that "Tweed Run Bishu 2015" will be held in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, on Saturday, November 7. Entries are being accepted until Tuesday, October 20.

The event will include a ride along the river within Ichinomiya City and planned factory tours. Similar to Tweed Run Tokyo 2015, participants will receive commemorative gifts, and there will be an opening event, tea party, and best-dressed award ceremony.
