The "Ultra Boost," an adidas running shoe that revolutionized the running world with its "BOOST™ foam" midsole, offering an exceptional balance of cushioning and responsiveness. The latest model from this project, designed by fashion designer Kris Van Assche, will be released on Thursday, June 25th, at select specialty stores in Japan.

Embodying the Fusion of Fashion and Sport

This limited-edition model by Kris Van Assche is the third release in the "Ultra Boost Collective" project, following collaborations with Stella McCartney and Mark Ronson & Charlotte Gainsbourg. Future releases are planned with other leading figures in the fashion industry, such as Junichi Abe, the designer of "kolor."

The Kris Van Assche model is characterized by its sophisticated, classic argyle pattern, a symbol of tailoring that brought him renown in the fashion world, harmoniously integrated with the shoe's performance.

The argyle pattern is applied to a modern, feather-light technology, adding a touch of tailoring tradition and depth. Kris Van Assche's playful design unfolds across the shoe's upper, crafted with adidas's latest "Primeknit" technology.

The Kris Van Assche model is available in two colorways: one with a red outsole featuring classic navy blue/red/grey, and another with a green outsole in black/grey/white.
