"More Trees" organic cotton T-shirt
A luxurious piece made from natural materials only—
Limited edition sale begins for the more trees organic cotton T-shirt
This is Dan Chiwaki from Lakota Inc., the sole importer of "ALDEN." The classic Alden 990's Barrie Last plain-toe is now available in "Hunter Green" suede. This plain-toe model is sold at both the Tokyo Aoyama and Osaka stores. The V-tip is exclusive to the Osaka store, and the cap-toe boot is only available at the Aoyama store.

This T-shirt is the first staple product from "more trees." It embodies Mr. Sakamoto's philosophy: "Be stylish while being eco-conscious."
The "more trees" organic T-shirt, worn by Ryuichi Sakamoto at the "Ryuichi Sakamoto's more trees Meeting" during the "Minato Forest and Water Conference 2007" held at the Akasaka Civic Center in Tokyo in November 2007, is now available for a limited time.
Organic cotton is cotton cultivated for over three years without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
This "more trees" T-shirt uses organic cotton grown by organic farmers in Texas. The cotton is carefully woven from fibers nurtured in soil rich with organic fertilizer from cow dung, abundant in bacteria and nutrients.
The logo on the chest also uses natural materials with minimal environmental impact. Dyed with "Aizome," a traditional Japanese dyeing technique, each piece possesses a unique character and charm.
Even the product quality tag is made from organic materials, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. It's no exaggeration to say you are "wearing nature," as this luxurious piece is spun entirely from natural fibers.

The "Aizome" print displays a unique expression on each individual shirt.
This is a piece that can be enjoyed as it ages with washing and wear.
10% of sales go to more trees
"more trees," a limited liability partnership established at the initiative of Ryuichi Sakamoto with the support of various figures, aims to address global warming through afforestation and forest creation. Last November, the "first more trees forest" was established in Yusuhara Town, Kochi Prefecture, at the source of the Shimanto River, marking the true beginning of its full-scale activities.
Ten percent of the sales from this T-shirt will be donated to more trees to support forestation efforts.

Most commercially available T-shirts are often protected by plastic packaging.
To reduce environmental impact, this T-shirt comes in the mini-sized
eco-bag shown in the photo.
The eco-bag features an embroidered "more trees" logo.
