This April at Salone del MobileMARUNI WOOD INDUSTRY, which garnered attention for new works by Naoto Fukasawa and Jasper Morrison at its exhibition, now has its products available in 40 stores across 25 countries worldwide.
"MARUNI COLLECTION 2014 -from Salone del Mobile to Tokyo-", offering an early look at the new collection unveiled at Salone del Mobile in Milan, will be held from Wednesday, May 28th, at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building 5F East Park.

New Works by Naoto Fukasawa and Jasper Morrison, Showcasing the Pinnacle of Woodworking Craftsmanship

The MARUNI COLLECTION, first launched in 2008, has expanded its world view, primarily focusing on dining scenes. This year, two exquisite living items designed by Naoto Fukasawa and Jasper Morrison have been added to the lineup, appealing to a richer lifestyle.
The "Bruno Three-Seater Sofa" by Jasper Morrison, crafted almost entirely from wood with only mesh for cushioning and comfort, features a frame in ash or oak combined with selected fabrics or leather, lending a fresh image to the sofa. The "Roundish Three-Seater Sofa" by Naoto Fukasawa, designed so that sitting slightly inward on either corner offers a comforting embrace of its plump curves, will be unveiled in Japan for the first time.
