Unveiling a New French Luxury Style

Interiors, the renowned interior shop, is housed in a building constructed in 1988, renovated by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Its curated selection, centered on modern design, appeals to an intrinsic, timeless value.

A true Parisian, Catherine Memmi opened her shop, CATHERINE MEMMI PARIS, on Rue Saint-Sulpice in 1993. Her world of simple, chic luxury is described as new minimalism.

Based in Paris, she has produced numerous total interior design projects, including product design, private residences, hotels, and model rooms for high-end condominiums, proposing sophisticated lifestyles. In Japan, she gained attention in 2009 for her interior design of HÔTEL GRÈGES in Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

With this new collection, she once again presents her signature French luxury style through her masterful use of fabrics.

Japanese Photographer Hiroyuki Arakawa's "WHITE FLOWERS" Also Exhibited

During the exhibition period, visitors can also view the "WHITE FLOWERS" photo collection by Japanese photographer Hiroyuki Arakawa, a close associate of Catherine Memmi, as well as art pieces by Italian artist Cristina Falasca, known for her beautiful contrasts of light and shadow.

Concept of "WHITE FLOWERS"

This series eschews traditional lighting that captures form through external light, instead employing a technique that embraces light passing through the petals to depict the essence of the flowers' life. Rendered in a grayscale palette from white to black, it abstracts reality, creating a unique beauty independent of the subject. The photographs were taken during the 15 minutes after sunset, during the magic hour, with long exposures by a window.
