New Original Furniture Series Launched
THE CONRAN SHOP is launching a new series of original furniture, faithfully recreating its British design heritage for Japan. The collection, comprising eight types and nine items, will be progressively rolled out from early April at THE CONRAN SHOP's Shinjuku Main Store, Marunouchi, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka branches.

Simple Yet Functional
The new furniture series offers a selection of pieces crafted for longevity and enduring appeal, with upholstery available from THE CONRAN SHOP's extensive range of approximately 300 fabrics. The collection includes standard sofas and beds made from solid oak, designed to develop a richer patina over time.
The "PLATE BED" features a headboard and footboard each crafted from a single "PLATE" of oak, with different wood grains pieced together. The "BARREL BED" uses solid oak and is finished in a basic design that complements any interior. Both beds employ the widely adopted European slat base system, ensuring effective weight distribution and absorption, as well as excellent ventilation.
Also introduced are the "CROSS FLOOR LIGHT," a floor lamp combining a cotton shade with a natural wood stand for a gentle, organic impression, and the "PORTBELLO TABLE," a dining table featuring a tin-coated zinc top that imparts a unique, vintage-inspired character.
