"2G" is a new style of studio that fuses art toys, concept shops, and galleries. MEDICOM TOY, Motofumi "Poggy" Kogi, and NANZUKA opened it in 2019 as a space to create new culture and values through their unique perspectives and synergistic initiatives (2G OSAKA opened in 2020). It has since garnered significant attention from around the world as a hub for creativity.
Here we introduce new MEDICOM TOY products launching in November at 2G TOKYO in Shibuya, Tokyo, and 2G OSAKA in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. The lineup includes BE@RBRICKs of Mickey Mouse by Keiichi Tanaami and Javier Calleja, the "UDF MICKEY MOUSE W/Bouquet" available first at 2G, and Hajime Sorayama's first BE@RBRICK made of pewter, also known for the 2G logo design. These are must-have items for art toy enthusiasts.
