Focus on the "Wave Radio III" Without a CD Player

The Wave Radio first appeared in 1993 as a revolutionary compact desktop audio system. In 2004, the Wave Music System was introduced, featuring enhanced sound quality, a CD player, and new functions (released in Japan in 2005). It has long been popular as a compact audio system that allows users to enjoy Bose sound quality anywhere.



The newly released "Wave Radio III" features a built-in AM/FM radio tuner and does not include a CD player. By adding optional accessories such as the Wave Bluetooth® Music Adapter, which allows wireless enjoyment of music stored on PCs or Bluetooth-enabled devices, or the Wave III Dock for iPod and iPhone, users can easily enjoy external audio sources from smartphones, iPods, TVs, and computers.

The "Wave Music System III," equipped with a slot-loading CD player, also supports connections to external audio sources as mentioned above. With accessories like a CD changer that allows for continuous playback of multiple CDs (exclusive to the Wave Music System III), users can enjoy a wide variety of music sources.

Detailed Alarm Functions

A new touch-sensitive panel has been adopted on the top surface of the unit. A light touch on the top surface allows for power on/off and alarm snooze.
Furthermore, it features a dual alarm function, enabling the setting of two different alarm times with preferred radio stations, CDs (Wave Music System III only), or buzzers, making it ideal for bedroom use.

A wide range of accessories are available, including the "Control Pod," "CD Changer (for Wave Music System III only)," "Premium Remote," "Wave Connection Kit," the "Wave Bluetooth® Music Adapter" (released June 15th),
and the "Wave III Dock" (scheduled for release soon). Both models are exclusively sold direct through Bose retail stores and the Bose Online Store.
