What is "RETHINK"? Rearranging the Puzzle

Murakami showcased her abundant talent at the Miyake Design Studio, working on fashion, product, and web design, as well as stage direction for collections. In 2001, she founded her own company with the vision to "advance fashion through the power of technology." In 2003, she established "SIMONE INC.," a branding agency specializing in fashion and beauty, which has won numerous domestic and international advertising awards and created over 1,000 branding projects.

Murakami loves observing society by crossing over various eras and fields. She believes that by reviewing historical events and rearranging the puzzle pieces through "RETHINK," new logic and ways of thinking can be constructed. Her ability to handle numerous cross-industry projects is a testament to her broad perspective.

Furthermore, just six hours after the Great East Japan Earthquake struck, she launched "SAVEJAPAN!" which linked information from affected areas with Twitter and Facebook, enabling real-time exchange of disaster information by region. Subsequently, she collaborated with Condé Nast Japan and UNIQLO on the "UT×SAVEJAPAN! PROJECT," successfully raising over 130 million yen in donations and contributing to reconstruction efforts, drawing significant attention for her various support activities.
