The M8 Gran Coupé, which debuted in 2020, will be provided for a two-night, three-day tour called the "BMW Luxury Experience," organized by SKYTREK. The journey begins with a BMW 7 Series picking guests up from their homes within Tokyo's 23 wards on the day of departure.
After a chauffeur-driven ride to the airport, guests will enjoy a private time in the sky while flying to Shinshu Matsumoto Airport, taking in dynamic sky views of mountain ridges and the majestic Mt. Fuji from a chartered small aircraft.
Upon arrival, guests will travel to the city for a course lunch featuring Shinshu ingredients at "Hikariya Nishi," a restaurant that champions natural French cuisine with a macrobiotic approach.
Accommodation will be in "Zen-Shirakaba," the most luxurious room at "Myojinkan," a hotel recognized by "Relais & Châteaux," a prestigious global organization with strict standards for its member hotels and restaurants, headquartered in Paris. This suite offers 107 square meters of living space plus a 51 square meter terrace. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of Yatsugatake-Chushinkogen National Park, guests can enjoy a relaxing time with a private open-air hot spring bath on the terrace.
On the second day, the M8 Gran Coupé will finally make its appearance. Guests can enjoy driving the luxurious machine at their will along scenic routes such as the Venus Line and through highland areas. On the third and final day, after checking out, guests will return home in a BMW 7 Series.
The tour will be held for one month, from Tuesday, September 1, 2020, to Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Each tour is limited to one group of two people. The price is 880,000 yen.
