At Miami Art Week in Miami, USA, Jaguar unveiled the BEV concept model "Type 00" to showcase the marque's transformation.

In November 2025, Jaguar, having announced a complete brand overhaul, unveiled the BEV concept model "Type 00" at Miami Art Week in Miami, USA, to present its reborn identity.
On November 19, Jaguar declared the dawn of a new era, returning to founder Sir William Lyons' belief: "Copy Nothing." The brand announced "Exuberant Modernism" as its new creative philosophy, embracing bold design, surprise, and original thinking.
As if embodying that resolve, the "Type 00," which debuted at Miami Art Week, is a BEV concept model with a visual identity dramatically different from previous Jaguars.
Under the keywords "Copy Nothing" and "Exuberant Modernism," Jaguar claims to have succeeded in giving the "Type 00" a unique personality unlike any other. The name itself carries a strong commitment: the first zero signifies "zero emissions" through EVs, and the second zero represents the "Type 00" vehicle for the reborn Jaguar.
Let's examine the exterior of the "Type 00," which signals the future of Jaguar. In addition to a bold form with a long bonnet and flowing roofline, it features striking design elements such as a sharply cut-off front face and a rear tailgate without glass.
The Jaguar logo and the iconic "Leaper" emblem have also been redesigned. The logo is now more rounded, and the "Leaper" has shifted from facing left to facing right, symbolizing Jaguar's significant transformation into an EV manufacturer.
Two body colors are offered: "Miami Pink," reflecting the Art Deco ambiance of Miami, and "London Blue," representing British tradition, were unveiled.
This design concept is expected to be realized in the BEV 4-door GT scheduled for release in late 2025. It will feature the dedicated "JEA (Jaguar Electric Architecture)" chassis and is being developed with a target maximum range of 770 km on the WLTP cycle and the ability to charge 321 km of range in just 15 minutes.
We look forward to further updates on the new 4-door GT, as well as Jaguar's future designs as it embarks on this new chapter.
