World Premiere of the Pagani Huayra R, Limited to 30 Units Worldwide

Pagani Automobili has unveiled its latest model, the Huayra R, in a world premiere. Production will be limited to 30 units globally.

An Experimental Model Developed as a Track-Only Hypercar

The Huayra R has been developed as a track-only hypercar. It is an experimental model incorporating technologies intended for future Pagani models.

The powertrain features a self-developed 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, reaching a redline of 9,000 rpm. It produces a maximum output of 625 kW (850 HP) and peak torque of 750 Nm, delivered to the rear wheels via a 6-speed sequential transmission.

The monocoque chassis utilizes Pagani's proprietary Carbo-Titanium, achieving a remarkably light dry weight of just 1,050 kg.

Horacio Pagani, founder and chief designer of Pagani, commented: "We have been working on the development of the Huayra R since 2008, and it has been an extremely challenging project from both an engineering and stylistic perspective. Like the Zonda R before it, the Huayra R represents the most liberated, extreme, and high-performance model in Pagani's history."

The Huayra R will be produced in a limited run of 30 units, with a price tag of 2.6 million euros (approximately 338 million yen).
