FCA Japan has announced and launched "Carta Giulia," a special three-year lease program for the Giulia Super, the luxury grade of Alfa Romeo's flagship saloon, Giulia, allowing users to drive it for a fixed monthly rate of ¥55,000.

The "Carta Giulia" lease program has been introduced to commemorate the second anniversary of the Alfa Romeo Giulia's sales launch in Japan. Carta, it is said, is Latin for "charter," signifying an important promise or agreement.

The Giulia Super, the model eligible for this program, is the luxury grade within the Giulia series. It is equipped with a 2.2-liter turbo engine producing a maximum output of 147kW (200ps) and a maximum torque of 330Nm (33.7kgm), paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and features 18-inch wheels. Inside, the premium leather seats, leather dashboard, and premium audio system contribute to a refined ambiance.

The monthly lease payments cover not only the vehicle price and registration fees typically associated with purchasing a car, but also include automobile tax, weight tax, mandatory liability insurance, a three-year maintenance program equivalent to that of a new car purchase, and a three-year manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, accessories such as a drive recorder and studless tires can be selected as additional options.

The monthly lease fee is ¥55,000.
