Maserati Japan has launched the "Ribelle," a limited edition of 30 units for the Japanese market, based on the mid-size sedan Ghibli.

The Ghibli, which arrived in Japan as the third generation in 2015, is now offered in the "Ribelle" edition, named after its Italian meaning of "rebel." This model is finished with a host of sporty elements.

The exterior features a full carbon kit, including carbon center wheel caps and 20-inch Extra Series GTS wheels with a silver finish. The interior is equipped with a carbon fiber interior kit, complete with steering wheel paddle shifters, enhancing its sporty ambiance.

Furthermore, the interior introduces perforated full-grain leather for the first time in Maserati's lineup. The striking red and black two-tone interior accentuates the Ribelle's unique character with its bold contrast. A "Ribelle" plate is also fitted to the center console, signifying the limited series' distinctiveness and rarity.

The base model is the "Ghibli S," powered by a 3-liter V6 engine delivering a maximum output of 430ps and 580Nm of torque, achieving 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds.

This limited edition is capped at 30 units, with a price of 14.75 million yen.
