Freed Modulo X Receives Minor Changes

Honda has announced minor changes to the Freed Modulo X, part of its "Modulo X" series of complete cars. These vehicles are equipped with exclusive customization parts during the mass production process before sale. The updated models are now available.

Aerodynamic Fins Enhance Driving Performance

For this minor change, Honda has further refined its development process, emphasizing human intuition and sensitivity. The company states that it has deepened the refined and sporty driving experience.

The exterior features a newly designed exclusive front air bumper, exclusive front grille, and exclusive LED fog lights, creating a commanding presence. Inside, the use of prime smooth and suede-like combination seats improves texture and reduces body slippage. Combined with a black-based interior color scheme, this creates a sense of exclusivity.

The vehicle also incorporates three "effective aerodynamic" devices, a key concept in the Modulo X series development. These are designed to provide noticeable aerodynamic effects even at everyday speeds. An "aero fin" on the side of the bumper aims to improve cornering, an "aero slope" on the underside targets straight-line stability, and an "aero bottom fin" is intended to enhance ride comfort. These elements are designed to offer exhilarating driving for the driver and a comfortable ride for passengers.

The lineup includes the "Modulo X" with a 1.5-liter engine and the "Hybrid Modulo X" which combines a 1.5-liter engine with an electric motor. Both models are equipped with Honda's safety support system, "Honda SENSING."

Four body colors are available, including white and blue. Pricing for the "Modulo X" starts at ¥2,950,200 for the 6-seater and ¥2,972,200 for the 7-seater. The "Hybrid Modulo X" is priced at ¥3,256,000 for the 6-seater and ¥3,278,000 for the 7-seater.
