Body Side Stripe Design Also Updated
The Renault Twingo, which already featured rear sonar, now comes standard with a rear camera to assist with parking and other maneuvers. This feature is available on the two higher-grade models: the Twingo EDC with a 0.9-liter three-cylinder turbo engine, and the EDC Canvas Top.
The 7-inch touchscreen displaying the rear camera feed also incorporates "Easy Link." Smartphone mirroring is included, enabling voice control via Siri or Google Assistant.
Additionally, the body side stripe design has been updated for the two models equipped with the rear camera, as well as for the Twingo S, which features a 1.0-liter three-cylinder naturally aspirated engine. The stripes have changed from a pop dot pattern to three flowing lines, with color schemes varying depending on the body color.
With the introduction of the rear camera, prices have been adjusted to ¥2,015,000 for the EDC and ¥2,135,000 for the EDC Canvas Top. The price for the S remains unchanged at ¥1,790,000.
