Styling and Engine Output Both Updated

The "GTS," successor to the McLaren "GT," has been unveiled. Like the GT, it balances driving enjoyment with comfort, offering specifications that surpass its predecessor.
While inheriting the base aerodynamics package and silhouette of the GT, the GTS features a more assertive exterior. The distinctive "hammerhead" front bumper styling has been refreshed, and the air intakes have been redesigned to increase airflow to the radiators.
The rear fenders incorporate new air scoops on the shoulder line. While introducing new design elements, the powerful visual appeal is maintained by the large rear diffuser, similar to the previous model. The car is fitted with large wheels, 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear.
The GTS is built upon the "Monec-Cell II-T" carbon fiber monocoque chassis. With the inclusion of recycled carbon fiber in the standard composite roof, the vehicle's weight is reduced to 1,520 kg. This weight reduction contributes to its performance and dynamic capabilities, resulting in a power-to-weight ratio of 418 ps/t.
The engine is a 4-liter V8 twin-turbo, mounted mid-ship. It produces a maximum output of 635 ps at 7,500 rpm, an increase of 15 ps over the GT, and a maximum torque of 630 Nm. It is paired with a 7-speed SSG transmission.
With the standard launch control function engaged, acceleration from 0-100 km/h takes 3.2 seconds, and the top speed is 326 km/h.
In addition to the default Comfort mode, driving modes include Sport mode, which enables aggressive gear changes through ignition cut technology, and Track mode, which maximizes gearbox performance, minimizes torque loss between shifts, and allows for exhilarating driving. Manual gear changes are possible using the shift paddles on the steering wheel in all modes.
The interior creates an atmosphere of performance and luxury, accented with aluminum. Furthermore, with a total storage space of 570 liters—420 liters in the rear luggage compartment and 150 liters in the front trunk—it is designed for comfortable long-distance drives.
The cabin is also equipped with a 7-inch vertically oriented touchscreen infotainment system, featuring media streaming, Bluetooth calls, and satellite navigation. A premium 12-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system is also included.
In addition to the new Lava Grey, a color exclusive to the GTS, Mantis Green, Tanzanite Blue, and Ice White are also new additions to the body color options.
