Features Standard That Are Optional Elsewhere
The Taycan is an all-electric sports car featuring a Porsche-typical body with high rigidity, low weight, a low center of gravity, and outstanding aerodynamics. It is equipped with two permanent-magnet synchronous motors, an 800V electrical system enabling world-class high-speed charging, and a newly developed two-speed transmission with automatic shifting for the rear axle.
In line with the digital age, the instrument cluster directly in front of the driver is Porsche's first fully digital unit, with a 10.9-inch front passenger display available as an option in front of the passenger seat. Furthermore, the Japanese specification includes features such as Lane Change Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Park Assist with Surround View as standard, equipment that is optional in other markets.
The prices are ¥14,481,000 for the Taycan 4S, ¥20,231,000 for the Taycan Turbo, and ¥24,541,000 for the Taycan Turbo S.
