Nissan announced four EV concept cars in the "Hyper" series that it would exhibit at this "Japan Mobility Show 2023."
Previously announced were the first in the series, the crossover EV "Hyper Urban"; the second, the full-scale SUV "Hyper Adventure"; the third, the premium EV minivan "Hyper Tourer"; and the fourth, the compact crossover EV "Hyper Punk." The "Nissan Hyper Force," which was not fully revealed until the show's opening and concludes the series, was unveiled as the fifth model.

Nissan describes the "Nissan Hyper Force" as a next-generation high-performance supercar that combines high environmental performance and everyday comfort while pursuing the ultimate driving pleasure.
"Hyper Force"
The powertrain, featuring all-solid-state batteries and high-output motors optimally balanced for weight distribution, generates a maximum output of 1,000 kW (1,360 ps).
Aerodynamic design that generates powerful downforce, advanced "e-4ORCE" electric-drive all-wheel control technology, and a lightweight body utilizing high-strength carbon are said to deliver superior cornering performance and exceptional maneuverability on circuits and winding roads.

The aerodynamic design, developed in collaboration with the NISMO racing team, features a two-stage aerodynamic structure beneath the front bonnet, contributing to powerful downforce and high cooling efficiency.
Furthermore, air taken in from behind the door windows is streamlined above the rear trunk, and a newly adopted double-diffuser structure by Nissan optimizes airflow from the front to the rear of the vehicle.

For driving, two drive modes are available: "R (Racing)" mode, which delivers maximum performance while allowing the driver to control the car at will during circuit driving, and "GT (Grand Touring)" mode, which enhances comfort.
The instrument panel, which changes color and display content according to the selected mode, is also a distinctive feature.
In R mode, the entire instrument panel, illuminated in red, moves towards the driver, transforming into a cockpit designed for intuitive operation. Four screens arranged around the steering wheel display real-time information such as tire temperature and pressure for each wheel, brake rotor temperature, and drive force distribution.
In GT mode, the instrument panel lighting changes to blue. The screens around the steering wheel, which were divided into four in R mode, are integrated to display information optimal for grand touring, including air conditioning and audio settings, as well as suspension and stabilizer adjustments.
The suspension and stabilizer system is said to be the world's first that can be easily and intuitively tuned even while driving.
Additionally, by wearing a special helmet that allows for AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) experiences, users can enjoy driving in both real and virtual worlds.
For example, when stationary, using the helmet's VR blind shield transforms the car into a game simulator, allowing users to play time attack or versus modes. When driving on an actual circuit, using the AR skeleton shield displays digital "ghosts" of oneself or professional drivers on the circuit, enabling users to improve their driving skills while competing, offering a new way to enjoy driving.
At the Nissan booth, in addition to the "Nissan Hyper Force," four other "Hyper" series models and special edition vehicles commemorating Nissan's 90th anniversary are on display. Furthermore, Nissan is livening up the "Japan Mobility Show 2023" with a multi-faceted approach, including the release of "Electrify the world," featuring the five concept cars and characters within the online game "Fortnite."
The "Japan Mobility Show 2023" is being held at Tokyo Big Sight until Sunday, November 5th.
