Porsche Japan announced on Wednesday, February 19th, that it has added higher-spec models to its two-seater mid-ship sports cars, the "718 Boxster" and "718 Cayman."

4.0-Liter Flat-Six Engine Paired with a 6-Speed Manual Transmission
Reservations are finally open for the highly anticipated top-tier GTS 4.0 models of the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman.
Porsche 718 Boxster GTS 4.0
The powertrain is the same 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine (294kW [400ps]) found in the "718 Spyder" and "718 Cayman GT4." Combined with a 6-speed manual transmission and sports exhaust system, it achieves 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 293 km/h.

The exterior features GTS model hallmarks such as black air intakes on the spoiler lip and SportDesign front apron, along with black front fog light and rear light lenses. The cars ride on satin gloss black 20-inch alloy wheels fitted with high-performance tires.

Both models feature right-hand drive. The price for the 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 is ¥10,720,000, and the 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 is ¥11,110,000.
