Arrive at your home floor via elevator with your car – "Bentley Residences" to be born in Miami
Bentley Motors has announced details of "Bentley Residences," a residential tower scheduled for completion in Miami, Florida, in 2026. Each unit will feature a garage with parking for four cars and space for EV charging. Residents will be able to drive their cars directly into an elevator and ascend to their unit's private garage.
From $5.83 million for approximately 560 sqm, including a balcony with a pool.
The development of these luxury residences began in 2021 when Bentley Motors and its development partner, Dezer Development, formed a partnership. A 61-story high-rise residence will be built in Miami, offering bay and ocean views.
The residences are equipped with four "Dezervator" elevators that can accommodate cars. Each elevator uses a hydraulic system to grip the tires, pull the car onto a robotic shuttle system, and then move up or down to the desired floor.
The residences offer private garages on each floor, capable of parking three or four cars per unit, up to the 61st floor. As Bentley has already announced its shift towards electrification, EV charging facilities can be installed upon request, allowing residents to store their cherished vehicles in a private, secure space.
Upon arrival at Bentley Residences, an embedded RF tag in the car is automatically read. Drivers can then enter the elevator with their vehicle without needing to exit or press buttons, proceeding directly to their home.
Furthermore, interior furnishings can be handcrafted by Italian luxury furniture makers, long-standing brand partners of Bentley. This offers prospective residents a glimpse into interior coordination possibilities, proposing a luxurious lifestyle.
Bentley Residences are available for sale starting at $4.2 million (approximately $58.3 million). A sales gallery has opened near the planned construction site, and virtual tours are also available.
Through a virtual reality tour app, visitors can explore a 6,000-square-foot (approximately 557 square meters) residence, identical to the actual units and featuring a balcony with a pool. They can also experience moving to their desired floor via the Dezervator, envisioning a luxurious life in Miami with Bentley.
