Safety Evolved with New Generation EyeSight

The second-generation Levorg has been reborn with a full model change.
First, in terms of safety equipment, all models come standard with the "New Generation EyeSight," which enhances safety by combining a newly developed stereo camera with a wider field of view with four radar units front and rear for 360-degree sensing.
Furthermore, grades equipped with "EyeSightX," an advanced driver-assistance system that assists with acceleration, braking, and steering operations on expressways by utilizing 3D high-precision map data and information from GPS and the Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) "Michibiki," have also been newly established.
The powertrain features a newly developed 1.8-liter horizontally opposed 4-cylinder direct-injection turbo "DIT" engine that generates high torque of 300 Nm from low RPM, driving all four wheels through a Lineartronic transmission. The Subaru Global Platform and full inner frame structure enhance the driving quality.
The exterior adopts Subaru's new design concept "BOLDER" for the first time in a mass-produced Subaru vehicle, further enhancing its sporty appearance. Subaru states that the design features a three-dimensional, wide hexagonal grille, sharp headlamps, and boldly flared fenders that convey a sense of power.
Inside, a large 11.6-inch tablet-like center information display is equipped. It allows for navigation, vehicle and air conditioning settings, and voice-activated operation. Front sports seats with high hold performance, designed to reduce fatigue on long drives and support sporty driving, are also available.
The hands-free rear gate opening function is incorporated, and a locking system is also adopted that automatically opens the rear gate when a part of the body, such as an elbow, approaches the six-star ornament on the rear while carrying the access key, and locks all doors simultaneously when the rear gate is closed.
There are six grades, from "GT" to "STI Sport EX." Prices range from 3,102,000 yen to 4,092,000 yen.
