The adoption of a soft top, a first for the current Wrangler generation, lends a more classical style reminiscent of the original Jeep.
The chic "Black & Tan" color scheme ensures it fits in stylish urban settings, despite being a serious off-roader.

FCA Japan has announced the "Wrangler Black & Tan," a two-door model, and the "Wrangler Unlimited Black & Tan," a four-door model, for the Jeep Wrangler. These will be sold as a limited edition of 150 units starting Saturday, July 4, 2020.

The First Soft-Top Model in the Current Wrangler Generation

A limited edition model has been announced for the Wrangler, known for its high off-road capability and iconic style, featuring a manually operated soft top that allows for easy open-air driving.

This "Black & Tan" is the first soft-top model in the current Wrangler generation. With simple operation, the roof can be opened widely above the rear seats, and by removing the rear window and quarter windows, it can be fully opened to the rear of the body.

The interior also features a black base, coordinated with tan fabric bucket seats. The gloss black finished instrument panel is also a special equipment feature.

Additionally, standard equipment includes the "Uconnect" AM/FM radio with a 7-inch touch panel monitor compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic air conditioning, and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Safety features include "ParkSense Rear Park Assist" to support parking, a rear camera, and adaptive cruise control.

Sales volume and pricing are set at 4.92 million yen for the 2-door model, limited to 50 units, and 5.13 million yen for the 4-door model, limited to 100 units.
