The two Aston MartinsGeneva Motor Showfirst unveiled at the March"V8 Vantage N430" and "DB9 Carbon Edition"will have their Japan premiere on July 24th at "CoSTUME NATIONAL Aoyama Complex" in Aoyama, Tokyo.
The "Vantage N430," which shares significant similarities with the machine that impressively secured a podium finish in the Nürburgring 24 Hours endurance race held on June 22nd, thanks to its durability and high combat capability, is the latest model in the "N" series, named after the Nürburgring.
While the maximum output and performance specifications of the V8 4.7-liter engine remain unchanged from the "V8 Vantage S,"V8 Vantage Sit achieves a 20kg weight reduction through the adoption of lightweight bucket seats and forged alloy wheels, realizing a more spartan driving experience.
Furthermore, the V8 Vantage N430 boasts an attractive color scheme. In addition to a green and yellow livery that symbolizes the "DBR1," a masterpiece of racing sports that achieved Aston Martin's past glories, including a victory in the 1959 24 Hours of Le Mans, its 100th anniversaryan optional two-tone color scheme is available, evoking Aston's past and future, which was also applied to the one-off concept car "CC100 Speedster Concept" created to commemorateCC100 Speedster Concept

Interior Collaboration with CoSTUME NATIONAL
Meanwhile, the "DB9 Carbon Edition" displayed here is the "Carbon Black" variant, finished in the exclusive color "Carbon Black II." Alongside the contrasting "Carbon White" specification, as its name suggests, carbon-fiber components are lavishly used throughout the exterior and interior, achieving a simple, elegant, and cool presence.
Furthermore, at the announcement event that day, a one-off car crafted by the renowned coachbuilder "Zagato," which captivated the world at concours events last year, also made an appearance.
The "DBS Zagato Centenniel,"DBS Zagato Centennielfor which Ennio Capasa, founder and chief designer of fashion brand "CoSTUME NATIONAL" (which provided the venue for this event), designed the interior, was also surprisingly unveiled in Japan for the first time.
When asked, Mr. Capasa, who was present at the venue, explained that for the DBS Zagato's interior, he focused on the texture created by both sky blue leather, matching the body color blue, and aluminum materials.
He stated that while evoking a sense of lightness and paying homage to the luxurious GT cars of the 1970s, which he admires, the design also looks towards the future.
