Following a minor model change60 Series Face-lifted for 2014 Model Year. The "Luxury Edition" special models are based on the core sedan "S60" and the wagon "V60". Both are based on the entry-grade "T4" 1.6-liter turbo engine, producing a maximum output of 132kW (180ps) at 5,700rpm and a maximum torque of 240Nm at 1,600-5,000rpm. They feature Volvo's signature advanced safety equipment and luxurious leather seats.

In terms of safety, ten safety technologies are included, such as "Human Safety," which avoids and mitigates rear-end collisions with a full auto brake system for pedestrians and cyclists, "Adaptive Cruise Control with Full Speed Range," and "Full Active High Beam," which automatically shades a portion of the lights to prevent dazzling oncoming drivers during night driving.



The interior features leather seats, an 8-way power passenger seat, and "PCC/Keyless Drive," which allows remote checking of the car's security status, such as lock status and alarm activation. Safety and comfort have been enhanced.



Despite the inclusion of approximately 500,000 yen worth of options, the price is approximately 200,000 yen lower than the base model. The "S60 Luxury Edition" is priced at 3.99 million yen, and the "V60 Luxury Edition" at 4.19 million yen.
