Official Decals Adorn the "Blue Roi" Exclusive Color Body

In 2011, the Megane Renault Sport set a new lap record for front-wheel-drive production cars on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, earning the title of "fastest FF." Its 2.0-liter inline-4 turbocharged engine boasts a maximum output of 195 kW (265 ps) at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 360 Nm (36.7 kgm) at 3,000 rpm.


The Gendarmerie, a branch of the French police force, took notice of its performance. Tasked with highway patrol, they valued not only its speed but also its precise handling at high speeds and powerful braking capabilities essential for occupant safety. Consequently, it was adopted as a patrol vehicle in 2010, with approximately 70 units currently in service.

Now, a limited edition inspired by the Megane Renault Sport used by the Gendarmerie has arrived. The body, finished in "Blue Roi," the Gendarmerie's exclusive color, is adorned with official, dedicated decals.


Additionally, it features an idling stop function and "Energy Smart Management," which recovers and utilizes some of the energy generated during deceleration as electrical energy.


The price is 3.89 million yen, 40,000 yen higher than the base model.
