On Monday, September 30, Mercedes-Benz Japan announced its exhibition details for the Tokyo Motor Show 2019. The concept model "Vision EQS" and others will have their Asian premiere.

Under the theme "Conveying the Essence of Mercedes Today," Mercedes-Benz will exhibit 13 vehicles, including Asian and Japan premieres, at the Tokyo Motor Show.

The "Vision EQS," a luxury saloon EV from the "EQ" brand encompassing electric mobility, which was globally unveiled as a concept car at September's Frankfurt Motor Show, and the compact EV "Smart EQ fortwo" will make their Asian debuts.

Meanwhile, four new models will be unveiled in Japan for the first time: the plug-in diesel hybrid "E350de," the "V 220 d Avantgarde Long," and the "A 45 S."

In addition to vehicle displays, visitors can enjoy a digital stamp rally and experience interactive systems like the "Mercedes-Benz User Experience" infotainment system.

Additionally, "Mercedes me Tokyo" in Roppongi, with complimentary V-Class shuttle service from the main venue at Tokyo Big Sight, will serve as a satellite venue. At "EQ House," which proposes new connections between mobility and living, visitors can experience the near-future lifestyle proposed by Mercedes-Benz through various formats and content. Furthermore, a special test drive event for the "EQC," Mercedes-Benz's first EV announced this July, will also be held.

The Tokyo Motor Show 2019 will hold press days on Wednesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 24. The public exhibition runs from Friday, October 25, to Monday, November 4 (holiday).
