Megane R.S. Redbull Racing Version Launched in Japan

Renault Japon will release in Japan a special edition of the Megane, the " Megane R.S. Redbull Racing RB8" in June, which was released in France.

Coloring Inspired by Redbull Racing

The model introduced this time is the "Megane Renault Sport Redbull Racing RB8," a special edition based on the "Megane Renault Sport," created to commemorate Redbull Racing's three consecutive Constructors' titles in F1 Grand Prix. It can be considered the successor to the "Megane Renault Sport Redbull Racing RB7" released last year.

The exterior features a special body color inspired by Redbull Racing's colors, with dedicated decals applied throughout. The distinctive front F1 blade, rear spoiler, door mirrors, and door handles are finished in silver, creating a beautiful contrast. The wheels are 19-inch Brilliant Black alloy wheels with silver piping.

The interior features leather-like fabric and Recaro seats with the Redbull Racing logo, along with red seatbelts, creating a sporty atmosphere.

The "Megane Renault Sport Redbull Racing RB8," released just before the F1 Japanese Grand Prix, is limited to 50 units. Priced at 3.99 million yen, it is 140,000 yen more expensive than the standard Megane R.S. However, considering the special equipment, including the 19-inch wheels which are normally a 220,000 yen option, the pricing can be considered a good value.
