Model Lineup: Two Grades, "Zen" and "Actif"

The Renault Kangoo, a compact MPV affectionately known in Europe as the "LUDOSPACE" (space for play) for its playful design elements, spacious interior, and high functionality, has been a favorite among many users. The first generation debuted in 1997, and the current second generation, which features a larger body, was introduced in France in 2007 and began sales in Japan in 2009.

With this minor change, the new Kangoo features a refreshed front design under the new design strategy of the company's chief designer, Laurens van den Acker.

This new front design, similar to the new "LuteciaLutecia", incorporates a more steeply angled Renault logo, a black grille bumper that extends to the headlights, and newly designed almond-shaped headlamps with striking black accents, giving the new Kangoo a lively and fresh expression.





The model lineup consists of two grades: the standard "ZEN" and the "ACTIF," designed for enhanced usability in work and play. The Zen features body-colored front and rear bumpers and is available in a total of nine colors, including three new shades. Notable equipment includes three-tone fabric seats, auto lamps/wipers, and automatic air conditioning.

The Actif, on the other hand, presents a simple and refined impression both inside and out with its black front and rear bumpers, door handles, rear combination lamp garnish, and dark carbon fabric seats. Its simplified equipment also makes it ideal for work and play.

The price for the "ZEN" is 2,348,000 yen, and for the "ACTIF" is 2,148,000 yen. Sales will commence on Thursday, August 29th, at Renault dealerships nationwide.
