Citroën C4 Minor Change

Citroën's five-door hatchback, the C4, has undergone a minor change. The previous two-grade structure has been streamlined to a single, higher-grade "Exclusive" model.

Revised Equipment and Pricing

Peugeot Citroën Japan has updated the lineup of the C-segment five-door hatchback "C4" from Citroën, launching it as the "C4 Exclusive."

This minor change sees the discontinuation of the "Seduction" trim, one of the two previously offered grades. The lineup now consists solely of the higher-grade "Exclusive" model. The Leather Package option has also been removed.

By removing the panoramic glass roof, the vehicle has been made lighter. It now features 16-inch aluminum wheels fitted with eco-tires. While the engine and transmission remain the same – a 1.6-liter turbo engine producing 156ps and a 6-speed single-clutch semi-automatic "6EGS" – fuel efficiency has been improved from 13.1km/ℓ to 13.5km/ℓ.

Following these equipment changes, the price has also been significantly revised. It has been reduced by 330,000 yen, from the previous 2.99 million yen to 2.66 million yen.
